    Eat your 5 a day do one hour of exercise every day and always eat healthy food all the time 🙂 🙂

    You cannot drink pepsi or fanta but you can drink flavoured water or just plain also eat fruit and protein and no sweets.

    Yes I do know how to keep fit and healthy.
    Doing exercise and don’t eat any stuff that is unhealthy and don’t be lazy or else you could get fat.
    But if you eat healthy you will grow healthy.

Exercising to maintain a healthy weight decreases a person’s risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. These diseases, which used to be found mostly in adults, are becoming more common in teens.
